For the record, not saying those who run the @ATTCustomerCare twitter account lied, but using the company’s web-based chat feature.

Odd how hard it is to give AT&T money. @ATTCustomerCare online chat reps who lie, phone reps who will “return call in 20m” who don’t, etc.
