@ATTCustomerCare Click to chat, indicate uverse, leads me to same damn self-don’t-fix form tree that doesn’t work in Chrome. Useless.

@ATTCustomerCare Both options resulted in busy signals.

@ATTCustomerCare Called toll-free via Skype. Entered my number, only options were to start new service or switch number to ATT.

@ATTCustomerCare Although the link to “call AT&T” when trying to resolve a no dial tone is pretty useless.

@ATTCustomerCare The uverse support is frustrating. No dial tone, ufix just says to “contact support” without a clear way to do it.
