@Spiderhose only have, I think, 10yrs post-term. Lady Bird and Ford both examples that lifetime is overkill and too $ for the low risk.
@Spiderhose Clintons are most recent with lifetime. Older Bushes and older 1st couples still have it. Law changed so W & future 1st couples-
Betty Ford died. I really wonder what her Secret Service detail did day-to-day. The Clintons are last 1st couple w/ lifetime protection.
