Alright, it sounds like Kimberly at @BCBSTX figured it out. The system had the wrong effective date for her policy. *Should* be right now..

Being transferred to next level at @BCBSTX. Apparently, one system looks right, the other doesn’t.

At least I’m not the only one confused, the @BCBSTX rep on the phone isn’t sure of the problem either…
