Replacing blacklist/whitelist with blocklist/safelist, etc: Is it an improvement by reducing implicit bias or just performative? Is it something worth taking time to do?

@dhh This looks really exciting! It would be cool if “Emails from the Public” in Basecamp let you modify the outbound e-mail. I can’t change off of the “noreply” from…
