@TuckerTeague @SamRochadotcom There are sometimes little things that you just don’t know. I knew someone who drove to the school to move in, didn’t realize that you were supposed to pay for the entire semester for a dorm at once, realized they couldn’t do it, and left.

@SamRochadotcom Thanks for sharing. This resonates in that I only applied to three state schools. Didn’t apply, visit, or realistically considered any other school because I knew I’d be on the hook to pay for it. Had some scholarships, worked while in school, still needed loans.

I could see Lincoln saying it didn’t apply, e.g. still bishop’s prerogative on if and whom can fill in

@VivaLaSeth My understanding is that the overall program is for all federal loans, so assuming you have federal graduate loans, they count. The 5% of income cap is noted as for undergrad only. The Pell grant difference doesn’t specify from what I can find but don’t have a primary source.
