@Houston_brian 20 or so schools, but I get your point. That’s why the Lege created the HEF to provide a dedicated endowment to non-PUF institutions, providing up to $2B to the corpus of it.

    @Houston_brian The state opted to have dedicated funding to their Art 7 Sec 10 schools (plus adding PV to that).

    Should the state also ensure suitable support for other public schools? Absolutely. But, they wanted to ensure the initial school is funded.
