@kpolantz @ryanjreilly Is this basically just to confirm that VPOTUS was in the building at the time, thus confirming that 18 USC 1752 is applicable? This would make his entering the Capitol without authorization and with a gun worth potentially 10 years in jail.

@kpolantz @ryanjreilly And the US wanting to limit cross because they don’t actually want to discuss anything potentially sensitive about VP protection? Thus motion is really just wanting the agent to confirm applicability of 1752 and nothing else? Just my guess.
