Anyone seen very drastically different speedtest.net speeds depending on browser? Chrome giving me 55% of what Firefox reports.

Outage resolved, but dispatch had bad data—held today’s tech based on that w/o notice. Once outage deleted, services back. @ATTCustomerCare

The Tier 2 group in Richardson @ATTCustomerCare is beyond great. Took ownership of issue, called everyone internally to resolve issue.
