@ATTCustomerCare Is there an e-mail address I could send traceroutes from three different ATT-managed connections to get this checked out?

Frustrating day of customer service experiences. Time to reset and find a peaceful place.

@ATTCustomerCare same site isn’t working on multiple uverse AND cellular data on ATT, but not other ISPs… The tech visit != needed.

@ATTCustomerCare thanks, multiple users in Austin can’t access it. after 1.5hr of tests can’t resolve it locally.

@ATTCustomerCare I don’t want to believe the host that it’s an ISP issue, since I don’t trust this particular host, but …
