@Viper007Bond Nojoy. I really think there should be a warning system. Each car/owner gets a warning or two citywide before actual ticket.

@Viper007Bond Isn’t that what 85% of non-safety parking tickets are about? Other 15% keeping businesses happy with fluid parking.
