Weird. Did @SouthwestAir survey rcv’d via email, marking 3/10 for arrivals b/c 2 airports lost my bag, but survey never asked for a comment.
The @SouthwestAir crew got the bag to baggage. All clear.
Well, @SouthwestAir at LGA can’t get a gate checked bag to the gate either. Trying baggage claim.
The @SouthwestAir gate agent found us before boarding to LGA. Ramp super wanted to assure me that bag on board.
Let’s see if @SouthwestAir cust svc works. Gate chk’d bag lost at MDW. Not tagged to LGA. Odds it’ll make it?
